It's Tuesday

I slept so well last night ... I guess I must have been the only one. Had a busy night last night at work, though. About at 8:30 p.m., the back shop calls and says there's a problem with one of the features pages; the editor forgot to put an ad on the page, so I had to redo the page. I called the features editor to ask what I should, take off the photo or the fact box ... this was a 3x6 ad so that's 18 inches of space. So we took off the photo, but I still had to cut the story and the fact box. It was a mess. Plus, I had to send our online person a bunch of Democratic convention photos. And then the usual stuff ... and the business page was a mess ... the top story ended up being just a brief, so I had to refigure what we were going to do. Yikes, it was a mess. I got out of there at midnight, got home at 12:30, watched part of the Sox game, went to bed at 2, slept so well ... it is so cool now, like fall.
Not much going on ... just work today. I've been lazy today, wanted to look over that total gym I got but didn't get around to it. Oh well, maybe tomorrow.

Well I had a crappy day yesterdan and part of today. Work was very stressful. Not only I had to deal with moody clients, But I had notice I said had a very wild and beligerant coworker. She was mad that her paycheck went to the wrong accout for direct deposit. But it was her own fault and tried to blame it on us, Anyway her paycheck went to an account that was closed for non payment of a overdraft loan. and she didnt have many hours to boot cause she kept leaving early and comming in late due to boyfriend or the boy she found to "date" her. She moved him in with her and he didnt contribute so she booted him to the curb. Now get this she is married and going thru a divorce, her 3rd!!!!! Well she walked out!!!!! Said she coulnt make it on 12.00 a day tips!!!!! Well I said under my breath if you would come to work mabye you would make more tips!!!!!
She heard me and didnt like it. Left us in a lurch. But I worked it out!!!!!
I am taking an extra day off for a much needed rest after this week. I am flying to Chicago to see Paulette!!!!!
Anyway that was my day in a nutshell. It is hot here and getting hotter. I think we are going to have a heat wave!!!!!
